them as read and Alan Buehner seconded the motion that carried. Doug Wilford
was on vacation but had prepared the membership report that was given by
Paul Busick that showed that we had 1 new member, 4 renewals, 1 being for 2
years and 1 being for 3 years. Fourteen members were moved to the expired
list, leaving 428 active members. A. Buehner gave the Treasurers as of

stated that the Summer Newsletter, along with DVD #3 of “At Home with John
Penton” will be mailed next week. Pres. Danik suggested that the deadline
for articles to be received for the Fall letter be moved up enough so that
the final details for the 40/10 Celebration will get to members several days
before the event. Jack Penton gave a summary of the Comm. meeting held
earlier, stating that the banquet hall has been reserved and that several
other items have been taken care of and that the Comm. will soon be
recruiting more help.

Under old business, several interesting stories were told about the recent
ride at the “Pig Farm” near Norwalk as well as the BSA Owners Reliability
Run where A. Buenher and Al Martin won trophies on a very muddy and wet
trail. We discussed prices for decals to be given at our Celebration and
Jerry Grakauskas will be checking with someone he knows for additional
pricing. These decals are for a gift bag that will be given to all
Celebration attendees. Scott Brogan showed a sample Golf style shirt that he
is getting produced and hopes to have for sale soon. We discussed Vintage
